23. BLACK MARKET HEXER Occultist, Mercenary
Practitioners of the magical arts have passed down their occult knowledge through generations of elite individuals since before recorded history. Most recipients of this eldritch lore carefully guard their secrets from outsiders, but a few bastardize their gifts by selling their magical abilities to the highest bidder. This monster represents an urban occultist who serves no higher cause than greed, casting curses for money. This monster would be depicted as a sinister-looking man with a shaved head, wearing sunglasses and a trenchcoat that is adorned with arcane symbols and magical charms; he would be posed as if casting a spell.
