Horror tales frequently feature evil sorcerers who endeavor to bring the Dead back to a semblance of Life; that is the inspiration for this villain. He should be depicted as an old man with a long beard, wearing a skull-cap hat and voluminous dark robes, decorated with skull-themed jewelry. He should look vaguely Medieval, but not totally out of place in an isolated village in Eastern Europe...
