41. REDWIND REAVER Slasher, Fanatic
Inspired by modern video-game-style villains, this monster is a member of a secret martial-arts blood cult that believes killing is the greatest of all human art forms. Like many villains in Hong Kong horror movies, he would be a close-combat powerhouse. The figure would depict a man in flowing red robes, with his long hair dyed red and his face painted chalk-white, wielding twin butterfly swords.
