Subplot: The Night the Lights Went OutEdit
A power outage strikes at the worst possible time.
All monsters halve their Range values. Whenever a monster is given a move action and moves more than 3 spaces, roll a d6. On a result of 5, the monster is given an extra action token after the action resolves. On a result of 6, the monster takes 1 damage and halves its Speed value the next time it is given a move action.
